A change of style

As I have been dealing with the changes in my life with my diagnosis, I have also had to adjust the way I dress. My clothes need to be easy on and off with few buttons not tight and must still make me feel good.

V1914

I purchased this pattern recently with an idea to make myself lounge suits that would fit my criteria. The first one is made with an Wool embroidered net.

Fabric from Pitt Trading

To start I asked a dear friend to trim the edges of the fabric to give me the clean scalloped edge. I can’t do fine cutting anymore my right hand fatigues to quickly. I thought that V1914 would work well with it.

Easy to sew.

It went together quickly and I wore it last week.

Very comfortable to wear.

I had the scallop edge on the pants and sleeves , hem of the top and neck edge . I am braced against the wall for this picture to show the drape.

This pattern is good I like the style the fit and shape I will make more.

Happy Sewing

Looks comfy but also very stylish

  2. Style and comfort in one outfit. I love cream, especially when the fabric is delicate. the scallops make a lovely edge feature.
