I have again made another bomber jacket for my son Conor for his birthday. This time I used some wool gifted to me 30 years ago and it was vintage then .

I also lined it in a charcoal knit fabric that I have had in my stash for years . The ribbing is also at least 20 years old and the zippers were vintage as well.

I am happy to report he loves the jacket it is warm and comfortable fits well. It was delivered before his birthday so he had worn it a few times by the time the date arrived.
